Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I got these shoes within 8 days which is more earlier than expected. The shoes are comfy and totally worth the price I paid for. I am glad that everything matches the picture and the shoes look amazing. However, these shoes have a very plastic or styloform feeling but it fits great around my feet and I can run in it so I have a good feeling of it. It also fits my normal size in the US so glad I don’t have to worry about that as I heard China usually has size smaller. But these are amazing in all ways!! 💕
