Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you havenât received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

they are exactly what you see in the photo. the elastic is not thick but its fine. the pink one is squat proof but the black one is a liittle bit see through so i wouldnt reccomend for leg day , but its perfect for other type of training. they came really fast in about 2 weeks time and also the sizing is accurate.
