ok, I'm 180, 5'9" size 32x30 and built athletic. I still usually only WEAR A medium sometimes large, I like my clothes to fit properly.... that being said,I'm glad I ordered an XL, IT FITS....PERFECT, BUTS, ITS STILL A BIT TOO SHORT AND EXTREMELY TIGHT. I SHOUKD HAVE PROBELY GOT AN XXL. BUT THIS WILL BE OK.
