We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Realmente me encantan estos zapatos. Los he pedido varias veces. Recomiendo pedir una talla más grande, especialmente si el pie es ancho.

La sandalias quedan estupendas. Son como medio cm más pequeñas que la misma talla de la marga original. Las he podido comparar una al lado de la otra y los cambios son ese medio cm y la tipografía de los número que hay en la parte trasera. Por lo demás, igualitas y estupendas
Son perfectas. El color es más bonito que el del anuncio, pero tienen una pequeña tara en uno de los cierres

Estos son zapatos bonitos y cómodos. La talla es la correcta. Es genial para usar cuando juegas en el agua y también bonito para el uso diario. Pensé mucho en la elección del color, y creo que elegí el más bonito. Me gusta. Es fácil de quitar.
Buena calidad, el color es un poco menos brillante que en la imagen, personalmente no me gusta este material perfumado pero sé que es intencional, para mi hija de 2 años la talla 24 es perfecta, ahora usa la talla 23 y tiene 14 cm. Pie tomé una talla más grande intencionalmente y eso fue genial. 23 será demasiado pequeño para ella.
Creo que no es real Igor. Es como productos defectuosos, hay un rasguño en cada zapato y el polvo no se lava.

Es genuino, pero es un poco diferente del tamaño 22. Es un poco más pequeño. ¿Y debo mencionar el grosor de los zapatos? Es un poco delgado y frágil, pero aún vale la pena comprarlo. No se destaca mucho, y creo que puedes comprar una talla más grande que la talla real.
