How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of PriceLess (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

El producto tiene un buen ajuste. Contiene lana (no cachemira), es cálido. Mis medidas: cintura-90, caderas-105.
Pantalones para talla 50, cintura 106, altura 165, quedan bien, veremos qué tan frío puede hacer antes de poder usarlos.
Increíble, pero solo si pides la talla más grande. La XXXL equivale a una S.
El producto fue recibido para un tamaño de cadera de 102 cm, circunferencia de cintura de 88 cm, altura de 163 cm. Queda bien, no apretado, ligeramente largo, adecuado para personas más altas, 4 centímetros. No sé cómo se sentirán al usarlo.
Los pantalones son elegantes.

Los pantalones son excelentes, gruesos, agradables y suaves. Con un tamaño de cadera de 105 cm quedan ajustados, aunque pedí la talla más grande, pero aquí solo puedes perder peso :) Para una altura de 165 cm, el largo es perfecto. Muy cálidos con ropa interior térmica. Gracias al vendedor por un producto de tan buena calidad.
Inesperadamente por ese precio, realmente es de lana. Cálido, no demasiado grueso. Para una altura de 157 cm, peso de 70 kg, cintura de 96 cm, la talla XL es perfecta. Se ajusta ligeramente alrededor de los zapatos. ¡Súper 👍!
Chicas, ¡cómplanse y cómprenlos! Los pantalones son hermosos 😍, son de lana y de muy buena calidad. Yo compré la talla XXL, mido 172 cm y me quedan perfectos.
Buenos pantalones, para una altura de 158 cm, 1 cm por debajo del suelo, justo lo que quería, sin zapatos. Con suela, buen largo.
Pantalones, excelente calidad, cálidos, de suave lana merino. Los recomiendo.
Esta es lana de buena calidad. Es bastante evidente cuando se engancha; uso medias gruesas y, en general, está bien. Las rodillas no se estiran ni se deslizan hacia abajo; los pantalones en sí son excelentes y cálidos. Sin embargo, para mi altura de 168 cm, la talla XL es 3-4 cm más corta. Dicen que puede estirarse después de lavarlo, pero aún no lo he probado.
Para parámetros de 81, aproximadamente 104, altura 158, la talla XL queda perfectamente ajustada hasta el suelo. Según las reseñas, se estirarán aún más después del lavado. El ajuste es alto, se estiran bien, un pequeño desgaste no es crítico para mí. La longitud es exactamente 99 cm.
Como ocurre con todos los norteamericanos que compran desde China, pide 2-3 tallas más grandes. Yo soy talla 4/26W y pedí una XXL. El ajuste es holgado, pero tiene un toque de oversize que me gusta. Evítalo si eres de talla grande :(
Este tejido de punto tiene una MEZCLA DE LANA. Esto NO es CACHEMIRA. Tejido de punto grueso y de calidad decente.
Me voy a quitar dos tallas más pequeñas de pantalones para el viaje.
Pedí los primeros de este color y tamaño, pero eran largos, más largos de lo descrito. Tenía sospechas de que el vendedor envió la talla más grande XXXL en lugar de XXL. Al final, pedí los grises y negros un poco más tarde; su longitud ya era normal para mi altura de 165 cm y caderas de 98 cm. Le di los primeros a un amigo y volví a pedir el mismo color y talla para mí, esperando que llegaran en la longitud correcta. Al final, los pantalones llegaron en la longitud deseada, tanto en gris como en negro como antes. PERO en un color y densidad diferentes. (en la foto puedes ver el primero y el segundo). Parece que al final recibí un Kemel común, y no es seguro que sea del mismo fabricante, ya que la densidad es muy diferente a la de los 3 anteriores. No me gustó para nada el color ni la densidad. Al parecer, esperarán hasta la primavera. Le quité dos estrellas por el cambio de tallas y la calidad. El vendedor inició una especie de juego de ruleta, no estoy seguro de qué llegará al final, ya estoy pensando con cautela si vale la pena hacer el pedido.
