Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The product is excellent, high quality, but it runs very small. I followed the size chart, but needed to take another size larger.
I ordered size 32 because it is supposed to measure 17'8cm, but my daughter's foot measures 17cm and they fit super tight.

wonderful slippers! Tonic soft material, bendable sole. But there is one big minus - they are narrow. My daughter has an eye leg, I have never had problems with my shoes, but I barely fit in the slippers. Having attached the leg to the insole, I realized that there was absolutely no place for the fingers, they were missing. I ordered a pair two sizes larger in the hope that the leg would be more comfortable in them, because the shoes are perfectly gorgeous

Pedí la talla 32 porque se supone que mide 17'8cm y a mí hija le mide el pie 17cm y le van súper justos..
¡zapatillas maravillosas! Material suave de tónico, suela flegable. Pero hay un gran menos: son estrechos. Mi hija tiene una pierna ocular, nunca he tenido problemas con mis zapatos, pero apenas me quedo en las zapatillas. Al haber adjuntado la pierna a la plantilla, me di cuenta de que absolutamente no había lugar para los dedos, les faltaban. Pedí un par de dos tallas más grandes con la esperanza de que las piernas fueran más cómodas, porque los zapatos son perfectamente hermosos
