Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

it took a very long time. Why do you need to specify and upload a photo yourself when ordering, if the seller will always do it differently? When ordering, I placed the photo so that the sides of the cross touch the edges of the frame. But I received just the printed whole image, not cropped. If I had known, I would have cut it myself. So the face image turned out very small. This upsets me. Why was it necessary to make a custom page when ordering, so that the person could specify it themselves?
I ordered a matching pair for myself and my best friend, and they look perfect. The picture inside turned out clear and vibrant, with bright colors. I didn't notice any major flaws—just a few tiny marks that can easily be wiped off with a cloth. Definitely recommend ordering.
