Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Love it. So soft and light. I think the length of the pants has improved . I saw feedback saying the pants were 2 inches short. My height is 160cm, and they fit me perfectly. The fabric doesn’t seem to be durable. Fur might fall out slowly. But still worth the money. I am fully satisfied and I recommend this product.

Is very beautiful... Something short of the pants but I personally like it that way, the color is very beautiful and feels super soft. If it bothers you that the pants don't reach the ankle, choose a larger size. It is very light but heats up super well.
